Philosophy

My philosophy is simple

Good health is one of the most important things You can have.

My main goal is helping people feel less pain and giving them greater range of movement. I also do massage for tension and stress relief for those that just want to unwind from a hard week.

I love easing people's pain or just lowering their stress levels and this career offers Me the chance to do both, to Me there is no greater feeling than helping another person.

I believe in the value of massage and I believe in the benefits it will give to those that receive it.

I can provide a great massage whether it's at Your home, office or even a special event. You will be given a unique massage based on what You physically need after We discuss your problem. I don't take shortcuts or offer one size fits all massage.

It is the first language, and the last, and it

always tells the truth."

especially for relaxation, relief of muscular tension, and improvement of circulation and range of motion.

PreNatal Massage

A prenatal massage relieves stress, eases aching muscles, and will leave an expecting mother feeling pampered and relaxed.
Prenatal massage is so beneficial that many midwives, nurses, and physicians recommend regular massage to their pregnant patients.

 Sports Massage

it has components Swedish massage, cross-fiber

friction massage, deep compression massage, trigger point

therapy. Best During training, before or after events, to

enhance performance, or promote healing postinjury.

Hot & Cold Stone Therapy

Stones are heated (usually to about 130°F) or frozen prior to the session. Massage oil is spread on the client's back and legs. The stones are then worked over the body. The client turns over and the process is repeated on the arms, hands, and fingers. The final parts to be massaged are the neck, head, and face.
